在南亞離散社群的帶領下，參加者由購買食材開始，一步一步煮出數道地道印度菜及尼泊爾菜。他們在活動中能體驗到異鄉人如何在多重限制下煮到家鄉味道，而目前離散在外的香港人亦需面對同樣的困難。

Under the guidance of the South Asian diaspora community, participants started by purchasing ingredients and cooked several authentic Indian and Nepali dishes step by step. Through this activity, they were able to experience how foreigners cook the flavors of their homeland despite various restrictions, which is also a challenge that Hong Kong people living abroad currently face.

灣仔是多元社群聚居的地方，除了宗教場所外，一些我們經常經過嘅商場、店鋪或者餐廳，都有著多元社群的生活蹤跡。在是次導賞團，Chandni 帶領参加者探索灣仔多元社群的日常生活，包括「國泰88」商場、多元社群主理的餐廳、雜貨店、服飾店等，以另一個角度認識灣仔社區。

In this guided tour, Chandni leads participants to explore the daily life of the diverse community in Wan Chai, including “國泰88” shopping mall, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores run by the diverse community, and more, providing a different perspective on the Wan Chai neighborhood.

在印度廟中，參加者能了解到離散香港的印度人如何在異鄉保留他們的宗教文化，聆聽講者分享他們在香港的生活點滴，並能參觀平日不對外開放的印度廟墳場。

Participants can gain insights into how the Indian diaspora in Hong Kong preserves their religious and cultural heritage in a foreign land. They can listen to speakers sharing their life experiences in Hong Kong and visit the normally closed-off Indian temple cemetery.

活動邀請到旁遮普語導師Kaur帶領我們深入探索錫克廟，追溯錫克教的宗教儀式，以及教徒的生活習慣的起源。Kaur在分享她的教學經驗時，也同時強調了保存原居地文化和語言的重要性。

We have invited Punjabi language instructor, Kaur, to lead us in an in-depth exploration of the Sikh temple, tracing the religious rituals of Sikhism and the origins of the devotees’ cultural practices. While sharing her teaching experiences, Kaur also emphasizes the importance of preserving the cultural heritage and language of the ancestral homeland.
